Refund Policy
Last Update: 16 December 2025
1. Who is eligible for refunds?
1.1 Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal. This right expires once digital content has been downloaded, installed, or activated.
1.2 For international customers outside the EU/EEA/UK, no right of withdrawal exists unless mandatory law requires it.
1.3 Refunds are not granted for violations of this EULA or for purchases made outside official channels.
1.4 Any right to a refund or withdrawal expires automatically fourteen (14) days after the date of purchase. For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires earlier once the content has been downloaded, installed, accessed, or activated. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.
2. Who is NOT eligible for refunds?
Purchases made through resellers are excluded from any refund policy.
3. How can I request a refund?
You can request a refund by writing to support@bitethebytes.com.
4. How will I get my refund?
By default, purchases will be refunded to the payment method used to make the purchase, but this may not always be possible depending on the payment method. You and BiteTheBytes may also agree that the refund be issued by alternative method. Please note the amount of time for the refund to process is dependent on your payment method.
